We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including but not limited to projects that are outside our service area, exceed our capacity, or do not meet our quality standards.

3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by Padel Court Builders of Dallas are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing. Quotes are based on the information provided by the client and are subject to change if project specifications, site conditions, or material costs change.

Final project costs may vary from initial estimates due to unforeseen circumstances, additional work requested by the client, or changes in material availability and pricing. Any changes to the project scope will be communicated and approved by the client before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project contract. Typically, we require:

• A deposit to secure project scheduling
• Progress payments at specified project milestones
• Final payment upon project completion and client approval

Late payments may result in project delays, additional fees, or suspension of work. All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Project timelines provided are estimates based on normal working conditions.Padel Court Builders of Dallas is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions beyond our control
• Permitting delays or regulatory requirements
• Changes requested by the client
• Site conditions that differ from initial assessment
• Material delivery delays from suppliers
• Force majeure events

6. Warranties and Guarantees

Padel Court Builders of Dallas provides warranties on our workmanship as specified in individual project contracts. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and vary by product.

Our warranties do not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from extreme weather events

7. Limitation of Liability
